The Design Museum moved to a new location on Kensington High Street and opened its doors in 2016.
Hazlin supplied multiple phases of stained European Oak veneered doors, frames and side screens. As you can imagine at the Design Museum the specification and detail was exacting and Hazlin drew on years of in house experience and ability to meet this requirement. The complex mix of fire rating, acoustic and ironmongery requirements lead to us working directly with the Willmott Dixon Construction and the architect John Pawson to complete the works with a compliant product that still met the original design intent, on programme and on budget.
